China Rose Radish Seeds
Non-GMO | Open-Pollinated | Long Rose Winter Radish
China Rose Radish is a classic cool-season winter radish with long rose-pink roots, crisp white flesh, and a clean radish bite. It brings striking color and excellent crunch to fresh slicing, slaws, quick pickles, and market-garden harvests.
The Culinary Edge
Unlike small round salad radishes, China Rose develops a longer root with enough substance for matchsticks, rounds, grating, and preserving. The thin rosy skin gives every slice a beautiful edge while the interior stays white, juicy, and refreshing.
100+ Seeds per Packet
Each packet contains 100+ premium China Rose radish seeds, packed for the 2026 growing season.

Growing Notes
Sow direct in loose, fertile soil in late summer or early fall for the best root quality. Thin seedlings so the long roots have room to size up, keep moisture steady, and harvest before roots become overly large or woody.
In The Kitchen
Slice into rounds, cut into matchsticks, grate for slaws, or quick pickle with rice vinegar and salt. China Rose is excellent with sesame, scallions, citrus, herbs, noodle bowls, grain bowls, sandwiches, and rich braised dishes.
