Returns & Refund Policy
At Casa Verde, we take pride in the quality of our heirloom seeds and farming products. Because we deal with living organisms and perishable goods, our policy ensures fairness to both the grower and our farm.
1. Seed & Perishable Items

Seeds: Due to the nature of seeds and the risk of contamination or improper storage once they leave our facility, we generally do not accept returns on seed packets.

Germination Issues: We test our seeds for high germination rates. If you experience significant issues with a specific variety like our Choricero or Banjarmasin peppers, please contact us with photos of your setup so we can troubleshoot together.

Microgreens: Freshly harvested microgreens are final sale due to their highly perishable nature.
2. Non-Perishable Goods (Tools & Gear)

Items such as trays, mats, or accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning non-perishable items.
3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at the contact page so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
