Chosen for Canadian seasons
We care about varieties that make sense for short summers, indoor starts, container growers, small gardens, and serious backyard seed people.
Casa Verde Seeds · Vaudreuil-Dorion, Québec
Casa Verde Seeds is a small Québec seed shop built around flavour, colour, and short-season growing. We choose rare peppers, heirloom tomatoes, culinary herbs, edible flowers, and unusual vegetables for the people who want the harvest to earn its place in the kitchen.
Casa Verde started as a micro farm and kitchen-driven growing project. The seed shop grew out of the same question we kept coming back to: what should a grower plant if flavour matters as much as yield?
That is why the catalog leans toward peppers with real culinary personality, tomatoes worth slicing at the table, herbs that change a dish, edible flowers that chefs actually use, and vegetables with colour, texture, or history behind them.
We care about varieties that make sense for short summers, indoor starts, container growers, small gardens, and serious backyard seed people.
Product pages are being rebuilt around practical facts: seed count, maturity, heat, growth habit, best uses, and growing notes that help before checkout.
The best seed is not only productive. It has a reason to exist on the plate: sauce, salsa, pickles, garnish, stuffing, roasting, drying, or fresh eating.
A practical promise
Casa Verde Seeds is still evolving. We are cleaning old pages, improving product facts, adding better images, and sharpening the catalog so Google and customers both understand what this seed shop is for.
