Upland Cress is a peppery, watercress-like green that grows in ordinary garden soil. It is quick, productive, and ideal for salads, sandwiches, soups, and fresh garnish.

Growing Notes
- Sow in fertile soil and keep evenly moist.
- Grow in sun to partial shade.
- Succession sow for a steady supply.
- Harvest young leaves for the best texture.
Packet: 10+ seeds. Also called land cress; does not require a running water source.
Start indoors 8–10 weeks before last frost. Germinate at 26–30 °C on a heat mat; peppers stall below 22 °C. Pot up to 10–15 cm before hardening off outside after nights stay above 12 °C.
