Confetti Coriander Seeds
Confetti Coriander is a distinctive fine-leaf cilantro with delicate, feathery foliage and a clean coriander fragrance. Its elegant texture makes it especially useful as a garnish, microgreen, salad herb, and finishing green.
Growing Notes
Sow shallowly in succession, keeping the seedbed evenly moist. Harvest young sprigs often and provide afternoon shade in warm weather.
In The Kitchen
Scatter the fine leaves over tacos, noodle bowls, grilled fish, soups, and salads. Use the tender stems too; they carry plenty of flavour.
Packet: 50+ seeds.
Start indoors 8–10 weeks before last frost. Germinate at 26–30 °C on a heat mat; peppers stall below 22 °C. Pot up to 10–15 cm before hardening off outside after nights stay above 12 °C.
